The DeGroote Accounting Association (DAA) is a student-run organization within the DeGroote School of Business. Led by the Faculty of Business’ top-tier student leaders, the association strives to provide its members with professional growth and development opportunities in preparation for an exceptional start to their accounting career.
For professional accounting bodies and firms to regard the DeGroote Accounting Association as the leading undergraduate student association in Ontario.

WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED
Consistently boasted the greatest membership of the seven clubs administered by the DeGroote Commerce Society.
Each year, members have been selected to attend the highly coveted leadership conferences with PwC, KPMG, and Deloitte.
Every fall, members have been successfully recruited for highly selective summer internship programs run by the major accounting firms.
Fast Pace to the Case has garnered great respect and anticipation from undergraduate accounting students from across Ontario for the past six years. It provides an abundance of high-sought-after opportunities within one day’s agenda, including one qualifying and one final round of team case analysis presentations, a sophisticated networking mixer with major accounting representatives, exclusive workshops hosted by accounting organizations/firms, as well as speeches by professionals in the accounting industry.
